Power Boxing

Whether you're looking to fight or just train like one, this class delivers a total-body workout using bag drills, pad work, footwork, and core strength.

Intermediate Boxing

Intermediate Boxing is designed for those who have built a strong foundation and are ready to elevate their skills. This class focuses on advanced footwork, defensive strategies, timing, and combination work. With a mix of mitt drills, partner work, and conditioning, you'll sharpen your technique, improve your ring IQ, and move with purpose and precision.

Power Kickboxing

Power Kickboxing is a high-intensity class that fuses striking technique with full-body conditioning. You’ll train using punches, kicks, knees, and footwork while developing strength, cardio, and coordination. Whether you’re here to get fit or fight-ready, this class delivers fast-paced combos, sweat, and serious empowerment. No experience needed — just bring the energy.

-Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 3-6) program introduces young children to the world of martial arts in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.Through games, basic movements, and beginner techniques, kids build coordination, discipline, and confidence while learning to respect themselves and others. It's the perfect foundation for future success—on and off the mat.


-Kids Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 7-12) focuses on building real-life skills through martial arts. Students learn takedowns, submissions, and positional control while improving focus, discipline, and confidence. Classes are structured, challenging, and fun - helping kids develop resilience, teamwork, and leadership on the mat and beyond.


-Kids Boxing (Ages 5–12) introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of boxing in a fun, structured, and safe environment. Through drills, bag work, and movement exercises, kids learn proper technique, discipline, and focus while building confidence and coordination. This class promotes physical fitness, respect, and self-control — helping kids grow stronger inside and out.
