We’re proud to offer flexible options for our members. Please review the guidelines for your membership type:

• Month-to-Month Memberships
   
  • You may cancel at any time with just 5 business days notice before your next billing date. You will be automatically be charged if not cancelled 
  • No cancellation fees apply.
  • Membership Dues Must be up to date

• 3, 6, or 12-Month Memberships
   
  • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel before the end of your agreement.
  • Membership Dues must be up to date
  • An early cancellation fee will apply, your fee will be up to 50% of what is left in your contract or $250 whichever is less.

We want you to feel confident about your decision, so please reach out to us directly if you have questions about your account.

• Members may freeze their membership for personal reasons (travel, busy season, etc.).
• Freezes are available in 30-day increments only, and up to 90 days.
• A small freeze fee of $39 per 28 day payment cycle will apply to maintain active account status, current price and benefits.
• Freezes must be requested 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
