Cancellation policy

We’re proud to offer flexible options for our members. Please review the guidelines for your membership type:

• Month-to-Month Memberships
   
  • You may cancel at any time with just 3 business days’ notice before your next billing date.
  • No cancellation fees apply.

• 12-Month Memberships
   
  • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel before the end of your agreement.
  • An early cancellation fee will apply, equal to the price of your monthly membership, and all dues must be up to date.

We want you to feel confident about your decision, so please reach out to us directly if you have questions about your account.

• Members may freeze their membership for personal reasons (travel, busy season, etc.).
• Freezes are available in 30-day increments, up to 90 days per year.
• A small freeze fee of $25/month will  apply to maintain account status, current price and benefits.
• Freezes must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
