Odyssey’s hot and cold plunges are designed to help you recover faster, reduce soreness, and reset both your body and mind. Use the cold plunge (35–40°F) to support inflammation management and mental clarity, and the hot plunge (100–105°F) to relax muscles, improve circulation, and unwind especially after hard training or on dedicated recovery days.


  • Cold plunge (35–40°F): brief, intentional cold exposure to support recovery and sharpen focus
     
  • Hot plunge (100–105°F):  warm water recovery to relax tight muscles and ease soreness
     
  • A simple, effective routine you can use post-workout or on rest days
     
  • Hydration guidance and smart timing recommendations, especially if you’re new to plunging
