Intermediate Muay Thai is for students who have the fundamentals and are ready to level up speed, timing, and technical depth. Classes build on core combinations and add advanced footwork, defensive reactions, counters, and more detailed pad work plus higher intensity rounds for conditioning. You’ll sharpen rhythm and control through structured partner drills (always coached) and challenging bag/pad sequences designed to improve power and efficiency.
