Our Indoor and outdoor open gym has everything you need:

- Free Weights: Dumbbells (5–100+ lbs), Kettlebells (5–106 lbs), Plates (5–45 lbs)
- Strength Equipment: Leg Press, Squat Rack, Lat Pulldown, Seated Row, Leg Curl/Extension, Cable Cross Over
- Functional Training Tools: Slam Balls, Battle Ropes, TRX, Sled, Rig, Box Jumps, Tires and more
Recovery Lounge
Included in both Standard and Premium memberships

At Odyssey Training Center, recovery is just as important as training. Our San Diego recovery lounge is included in every membership, so you can train harder, recover faster, and feel your best.
Amenities include:
- Infrared Sauna – Relieve stress, burn calories, and promote circulation.
- Cold Plunge (35-40°F) – Reduce inflammation, speed up recovery, and boost mental clarity.
- Hot Plunge (100-105°F) - relaxes muscles, ease soreness, improve circulation, and support deeper recovery
- Compression Boots – Improve circulation and flush out muscle fatigue.
- Cupping Therapy – Available by appointment for pain relief and mobility. (Additional Cost)
